Refund policy
We ride hard for quality — every hoodie and tee is made to order with care. But if your gear shows up damaged or defective, we’ve got your back.
Our Promise
- If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, contact us within 30 days of receiving it. We’ll replace it or refund you.
- If your package goes missing in transit, notify us within 30 days of the expected delivery date so we can track it down or send a replacement.
- We do not issue refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size ordered, or change of mind — so please check the size guide before you order.
What We Need From You
- Clear, high-quality photos of the issue are required. We need shots of the item, the defect/damage, and the packaging (if applicable).
- Include your order number and a short description of the problem when contacting us.
- Claims without photo evidence cannot be processed.
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear & tear after use.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or not following care instructions.
- Orders outside the 30-day claim window.
- Products returned without prior approval.
- Wrong Address: If the shipping address you provide is incorrect or incomplete, and the package gets returned, you’ll be responsible for reshipment costs once we have the correct address.
- Unclaimed Packages: If a delivery goes unclaimed and is returned to our facility, you’ll also be responsible for the cost of reshipping it. If not reshipped within 30 days, the order may be donated or disposed of without refund.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at xyvaclothing@gmail.com within 30 days.
- Attach clear photos showing the issue and include your order number.
- We’ll review and confirm if it qualifies under our policy.
- If approved, we’ll either send you a replacement or issue a refund.
We’re all about fair play. If the mistake is on us (or our partners), we’ll make it right — fast. If not, we’ll be straight with you. Our goal is to keep you geared up, not stuck in paperwork.
