Production & Fulfillment
Every order is custom-made, so production takes time. Once your order is printed and packed, it’s shipped your way.
Shipping Options & Delivery
We offer multiple shipping speeds (standard, express) depending on your location. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Tracking numbers are provided for every shipment so you can follow your gear every step of the way.
Shipping Costs
Shipping cost is calculated per order at checkout. Factors include: product type, destination, and shipping speed.
Lost or Returned Packages
If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate and get you a replacement or refund. If the shipping address is incomplete or incorrect, the package may be returned to us. You’ll be responsible for reshipping costs once we have the correct address. Packages not picked up within 30 days may be returned or donated. Reshipping will be your responsibility.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your package from our warehouse to your doorstep. We’re all about speed, precision, and keeping you geared up. Your order is in motion as soon as you click buy, and we’ll do everything to get it to you safely and on time.
